(2nd draft - final edits to be completed) As a continuation of the Gaoshan sampling theme, we've produced a new set of samples in the same vein as the 2025 sampler by using five different gardens. Having tasted both the 2025 and 2026 sets, one can get a very good idea of the full range of the village. Seasonal variances and resulting adaptations to processing aside, there's enough difference from deep, shaded forest to more open sun-exposed gardens, and so plenty of variety
