Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Scope This policy applies to all bookings made with YIWU MOUNTAIN TEA (the Provider). By confirming a booking, the client accepts these terms. Booking & Confirmation A booking is confirmed once the Provider receives a completed booking form (if required) and the required deposit or full payment. The Provider will confirm bookings in writing (email/text). Payments Full payment is due before the service confirmation cut-off date or immediately upon invoice if within that period. Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, WeChat, Alipay. Fees for chargebacks or returned payments are the Client’s responsibility. Cancellation by Client Cancellation made more than 30 days before the service: full deposit refunded minus any non-refundable expenses. Cancellation within 30 days before service: 50% of total fee retained (or deposit non-refundable). Cancellation within 14 days of service: 100% of total fee due (no refund). The Provider may make exceptions at their discretion for emergencies; documented proof may be requested. Rescheduling by Client Requests to reschedule are accepted if made at least [e.g., 14] days before service and are subject to Provider availability. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Provider If the Provider must cancel, the Client will be offered an alternate date or full refund of all payments made. The Provider is not liable for consequential losses resulting from cancellation. No-shows & Late Starts If the Client fails to attend or is late more than [e.g., 15 minutes] without prior notice, the session may be treated as cancelled and fees retained. If the Provider is late, the session will be extended where possible or a pro-rated refund given. Refunds Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [e.g., 7–14] business days where applicable. No refunds on completed services or unused portions after service has commenced, except as required by law. Privacy & Confidentiality Provider will handle Client data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Confidential information shared by either party will be kept confidential except as required by law. Acceptance By making a booking or paying a deposit, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy.
