This cake was made from a unique blend of various Yiwu gushu material of 2022, focused on smooth liquor, strong chaqi and complex finish.  As a comparison to the 2020 blend, it's less expressive overall during the early steeps much opens up more in the mid-to-latter part of a session.  As an alternative to our single-estates, the variance and complexity within each session and makes for a compelling experience where mystery is more important than trying to find defining characteristics.
 
As a freshly-pressed blend, made from purely 2022 Spring gushu material, there'll be a lack of stability within the first phase of storage (typically 1-3years or longer depending on conditions) so we 
 
Note that, whilst all of our leaf comes from Yiwu, this blend uses different material to the 2020 Yiwu Gushu and I highly recommend that cake as a top-end, all-round cake.
