Yiwu Gushu - Spring 2022. 
 
This cake is a special recipe blend using old tree maocha produced from multiple years.  Focusing more on balance and stability rather than trying to show off the stereotypical traits of Yiwu.  Currently, February 2023, there are notes floral sweetness, balanced with a soft and present bitterness, relatively thick liquor with a touch of salivating astringency, and subtle cooling sensation.
