Gaoshan teas are known for their strong honey orchid aroma and well-rounded sweetness.  The oldest trees in the Gaoshan gardens emphasize these attributes with a full-bodied liquor that coats the mouth and throat, leaving a long-lasting sweet perfumed aftertaste. 
 
The 2026 production had particularly well-rounded weather, with a good amount of sunshine and rain pre-harvest in the Gaoshan region, giving the production plenty of character with great aroma, sweetness, as well as a balancing bitterness and lively mouthfeel.
