  • We highly recommend gongfu style brewing using 7-8 grams of tea in a 100ml gaiwan.

     

    Gushu tea can be infused many times before being spent, as many as 40-50 infusions if you wish to fully use the tea, so it's best enjoyed with friends over a long session.
